A new desk

For rea­sons I’d rather not get into, I will be mov­ing to a desk with a win­dow. The one con­stant in the world of cor­po­rate IT is change — mys­te­ri­ous and ran­dom change. I’m not com­plain­ing though, I’ll have a nice view of the out­side world (marred as it it is by a park­ing lot) and I’ll be closer to the rest of the team. My cur­rent desk, or rather cubi­cle, is off all by itself and has always made me feel a bit like an outsider.
