I weighed in again this week and I lost another 4 pounds! I know, it’s pretty exciting stuff, really. So that puts my total at 38.8 pounds so far and I now weigh a svelte 192. Will it ever end? Well, yes, of course it will. I want to be leaner not, you know, dead. I’ve set my weight goal to be in the neighbourhood of 180 pounds. It sounds aggressive, but it’s well within the range for someone my age and height. At this rate, taking into account my current average of 2.2 pounds a week, I should hit goal in about 6 weeks. That sounds about right considering a healthy average should be about 2 pounds a week. I’m hoping it’s sooner than that as I’m really looking forward to buying some snappy cloths to complement my new haircut.
