StuffIt Expander Problems

If you’ve been having problems over the last few days with StuffIt Expander, where by it takes forever to launch (the application fails to launch), this thread over in the TextDrive forums will help to explain things. Apparently, the Alladin update server was down, so all you have to do to fix the issue is wait for the application to launch and turn off version checking in the preferences (“Allow Version Checking”).
